We love birthday parties, team building events, bachelorette parties, family reunions and more at Paint and Wine Corvallis.
​COMING SOON! A small Party area that can be reserved for smaller groups for self guided canvas, wood, glass or pottery painting.

Private Parties

PAINT YOUR OWN POTTERY IS HERE!


Private party groups must be a minimum of 8 Guests. 


COSTS

$29 per painter plus a $40 non refundable deposit to save your time and space. 

-Canvas is 16x20

-Glasses are wine or beer mugs

-Pottery includes a selection of bisque pieces.

Please choose ONE medium for your whole group.  This prevents cross contamination of brushes and paints.

(Canvas, glass and pottery CAN be different for an upcharge, please call for specifics)


-You can bring in cake or special desserts. 

-You can bring in decorations. 

-Events last up to 3 hours. Extra time can be negotiated for a different price rate. 


Guided Canvas Paint Party is $39 per painter plus $40 non refundable deposit.


-Please be prepared to pay for the balance due on the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards and cash.    

- A non refundable $40 deposit will be required to secure your time and date for a group of 8.

- A refundable $100 deposit will be required to secure your time and date for a group of 20 or more. This deposit will be applied towards the total amount due the night of your party.


-Cancellation policies will be covered in your private party contract ​

-10% gratuity will be added to the total price of the event. 

-Wine, Beer, Cider, and Snacks are available for purchase. 

-We strive to make your event a unique experience, so please let us know about any ideas you have!

Kid's Parties

-Pottery includes a selection of "kid's bisque" pieces.

-You can bring in cake or special desserts. 

-You can bring in decorations. 

-Events last up to 2 hours. Extra time can be negotiated for a different price rate. 


Guided Canvas Paint Party is $20 per painter plus $40 non refundable deposit.


- A non refundable $40 deposit will be required to secure your time and date. Please be prepared to pay the balance on the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards and cash.

Fundraisers

We love supporting the community!

We love to assist with fundraisers for Corvallis causes and we are thrilled to have supported a variety of different local non-profits with gift certificates and paint parties. 

Please contact us and let us know a little about what you would like us to support. Our hearts are geared towards education and the arts but we are willing to consider other causes.

Our focus is on local charities (or local chapters of a large charity). We do not do fundraisers for individuals that are working towards a specific fundraising goal such as a run or a mission trip.

We can donate a free class gift certificate for silent auctions. We can email a printable gift certificate, auction flyer for your table and a letter for the auction winner.

For larger fundraiser ideas: We offer a party night fundraising event option. You promote the event and we will have it on our calendar as an open event for people to sign up. You can set the price of the event and keep up to 50% of the paid class price for each participant.  Percentage depends on the number of people you sign up and if your group can provide volunteers to help with clean up.

Fundraiser must be booked 2 months in advance. We only allow one fundraising event per month. 

​Keep in mind our studio holds a total of 44 people.
