We love birthday parties, team building events, bachelorette parties, family reunions and more at Paint and Wine Corvallis.
Our small Party area is now available to reserve! Great for smaller groups of about 6-10 people. This area can be reserved for self guided canvas, wood, glass or pottery painting parties. Good for Adults and Children.  Our room can also be rented for small group meetings, knitting groups, bible studies, etc.

PARTY ROOM RENTAL AND PAINTING OPTIONS


COSTS

$29 per painter plus a $20 non refundable room fee.

CHOOSE FROM:

Canvas - 16x20

Glass -  wine or beer mugs

Pottery - includes a selections from Kid's and Party Bisque

(see pictures below)

Please choose ONE medium for your whole group.  This prevents cross contamination of brushes and paints.

(Canvas, glass and pottery CAN be different for an upcharge, please call for specifics)


-You can bring in cake or special desserts. 

-You can bring in decorations. 

-Events last up to 3 hours. Extra time can be negotiated for a different price.


The above prices are NOT for guided paint lessons.  We will supply your group with all materials. Instructions on use of supplies and tips for painting  will be provided at the beginning of your session.

Guided Canvas Paint Parties

 are $39 per painter plus $40 non refundable deposit.


-Please be prepared to pay for the balance due on the day of the event. We accept all major credit cards and cash.    

- A non refundable $40 room fee deposit will be required to secure your time and date for a group of 10 or more. Days and times for Private guided parties will be limited for small groups and should be reserved well in advance. The $40 is a room fee and will not be credited towards your costs the day of the party.

- An additional refundable $100 deposit will be required to secure your time and date for a group of 20 or more. This $100 deposit will be applied towards the total amount due at the time of your party. Days and times maybe limited when our open paint times have already been scheduled, please notice the calendar and book ahead. 


-Cancellation policies will be covered in your private party contract ​

-10% or more gratuity should be added at the time of the party, when paying. Thank you!

-Wine, Beer, Cider, and Snacks are available for purchase. 

-We strive to make your event a unique experience, so please let us know about any ideas you have!

Kid's Parties

Fundraisers

We love supporting the community!

We love to assist with fundraisers for Corvallis causes and we are thrilled to have supported a variety of different local non-profits via paint parties.


Please contact us and let us know a little about what you would like us to support. Our hearts are geared towards education and the arts but we are willing to consider other causes.


Our focus is on local charities (or local chapters of a large charity). We do not do fundraisers for individuals that are working towards a specific fundraising goal such as a run or a mission trip.


Fundraiser ideas:

NEW! Paint-a-Thons, much like a “dine out” at a restaurant. We will work together with you to pick a date, typically a Tuesday, that works for your organization. We will provide you with a PDF of two different flyers that you can distribute via printed media, social media or email. Then, anyone who comes in to paint with us that day and mentions they are here for the Paint-a-Thon, will get their ticket marked. 20% of ticket sales for the day will go to your organization.


We also offer a guided paint party fundraising event option. You promote the event and we will have it on our calendar as an open event for people to sign up. You can set the price of the event and keep up to 40% of the paid class price for each participant.  Percentage depends on the number of people you sign up and if your group can provide volunteers to help with clean up.

Fundraiser must be booked 2 months in advance. We only allow one guided fundraising event per month. 

​Keep in mind our studio holds a total of 40 people.
