Parties !!

We love birthday parties, team building events, bachelorette parties, family reunions and more at Paint and Wine Corvallis.

Private Parties

-Weekday (Tues-Thurs, 1-5pm) Groups must be a minimum of 10 Guests. 

-Weekend and Evening Groups must be a minimum of 20 Guests. 

-You can pick the painting you would like us to teach your group from a list of suggested paintings.  Paintings are on a 16 x 20 inch canvas.

-You can bring in cake or special desserts. 

-You can bring in decorations. 

-Events last between 2.5 to 3 hours. Extra time can be negotiated for a different price rate. 

-Your card will be charged $400.00 for a daytime event to cover the first 10 people. If this is an evening event, we will charge $800.00 for the first 20 people. Both of these rates are the minimum charges for those time frames. Additional guests will be charged at the event at the rate of $40 per guest.  

-Costs for additional guests, over the minimum, will be settled at the end of the event.

-Cancellation policies will be covered in your private party contract ​

-10% gratuity will be added to the total price of the event. 

-Wine, Beer, Cider, and Snacks are available for purchase.

Kid's Parties

-Events last between 1.5 to 2 hours. Extra time can be negotiated for a different price rate. 

-Your card will be charged $200.00 for a daytime event to cover the first 10 people. If this is an evening or weekend event, we will charge $400.00 for the first 20 people. Both of these rates are the minimum charges for those time frames. Additional guests will be charged at the event at the rate of $20 per guest.  

-Costs for additional guests, over the minimum, will be settled at the end of the event.

-Adults are allowed one adult beverage purchase at the beginning of class.

Fundraisers

We love supporting the community!

We love to assist with fundraisers for Corvallis causes and we are thrilled to have supported a variety of different local non-profits with gift certificates and paint parties. 

Please contact us and let us know a little about what you would like us to support. Our hearts are geared towards education and the arts but we are willing to consider other causes.

Our focus is on local charities (or local chapters of a large charity). We do not do fundraisers for individuals that are working towards a specific fundraising goal such as a run or a mission trip.

We can donate a free class gift certificate for silent auctions. We can email a printable gift certificate, auction flyer for your table and a letter for the auction winner.

For larger fundraiser ideas: We offer a party night fundraising event option. You promote the event and we will have it on our calendar as an open event for people to sign up. You can set the price of the event and keep up to 50% of the paid class price for each participant.  Percentage depends on the number of people you sign up and if your group can provide volunteers to help with clean up.

Fundraiser must be booked 2 months in advance. We only allow one fundraising event per month. 

​Keep in mind our studio holds a total of 44 people.
